  Mr. Randall is very unprofessional and hung up on me multiple times when I contacted him. He made a mistake on the policy he sold to my mother and I, and when asked about it, he denied knowing me and accused both of us of lying. We've never been anything but cordial, and even refrained from posting my review until after many attempts to resolve the issue. My mother and went to his office together to purchase the policy, and I am the primary owner of the car; there is no doubt that I was an intended driver. Mistakes happen, but there should have been at least some attempt to remedy it and: -Not hung up on customers -Apologized when a mistake was made -Taken responsibility and looked for a solution If there had been any attempt to resolve the issue, I would have given a positive review based on customer service and I wouldn't have felt obligated to report this company to the BBB. I hate to leave such a negative review, but the one star review from me was thoroughly earned. I only hope other customers are treated far better than we were. View Less »

  I just left the Insurance Store, and I'm very disappointed in the way this.."man" handled himself. He was rude to my mother and I, trying to tell me that I don't know how to drive being 18 and having an accident. Definitely will not be coming back.
