  We've been banking with the same place for over two years now. They do not care about their customers. You call anyone at all and they're rude and disrespectful. In March I went to NY to deal with a family death. While I was there they canceled my ATM card. So there I am stranded without any of MY money. My fiancé had to transfer me money via Walmart for the rest of my stay on NY. Paying fees whenever money was being sent. In the 2+years of banking here we've been depositing checks from my fiance's grandmother. We have never had a problem with some of it not being available right away. However this time we need to pay bills directly out of it. The typical $200 that should be available isn't. We've called numerous people in different departments of chase and nobody can give me a real reason why it's not having some immediately available. It's getting absolutely ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BANKING WITH CHASE. Unless maybe you're a corporate business owner.

  I have had great customer care at the teller windows. Angela and Otis are both friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue at drive through window either. Not sure what the bad reviews are about unless it is the other side of the bank that I have never had to use.

  Since I don't bank with Chase, I called to see if I needed a Chase account to get a cash advance from my Chase credit card. Loyd answered the call and stated that I would need to come in and check with a bank teller. I told him that before wasting an hour round trip, I thought I would call first. Even after explaining the reason for my call, I had to actually request him to inquire with the teller for me. It seemed as though I was bothering him. If I were, I don't see why he answered the phone in the first place. I'm not sure if this is typical for this location but it's not a good first impression of their customer service standards.
